BEFORE YOU ORDER1. Please send us a picture of the product to info@hornvarefabrikken.dk - before you order the 'repair-product'. We will advise you regarding the repair-process when we receive the picture. Sometimes we cannot save/repair the products.

Please send Track&Trace-number to boevling@hornvarefabrikken.dk3. Repair time is about 1-2 month.4. We will return the product to the address on the order confirmation.
